Membership Guidelines
Member Status:
Members are encouraged to attend 50% of all club functions throughout any given 12 month period in your local area.
Members must also display a current up-to-date membership sticker on their vehicle.
The Club must approve all T-shirts or other apparel containing club logos.
Club apparel should always be worn with the consideration of the Lord’s highest stands of holiness and living according to the Word of God. This will also apply to displaying of club stickers on any vehicles.
Membership dues are $5.00 monthly or $50.00 annually in advance, due in August of each year. If any club member fails to pay dues for a period of (6) months, they will relinquish their rights as a club member. If dues are paid in full at that time and upon club vote, they can be reinstated. If membership is relinquished, all association apparel, logo stickers, membership card, etc. must be turned in to officers. Only the club jacket cost will be prorated and purchased back at a maximum of 75% provided it is in saleable condition.
Election of Officers:
Voting privileges for both new and current members. Any member wanting to cast an electoral vote on Election Day must be in attendance of at least 50% of all meetings or attend the two meetings prior to the elections. Voting privileges will be accommodated by roll call.
Controversial Issues:
The CHRA Board will vote on all controversial issues submitted in writing to 2808 Bishop Rd., Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
New Chapters:
Any individual outside the original chapter wishing to form a new chapter has to petition CHRA at 2808 Bishop Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
Dissolution Clause:
In the event CHRA disbands, ALL excess funds will be given to a charitable organization.
